Fiercely YOU presents a 12 week journey packed with courageous conversation, inspired community, and radical self development.  Join Catie Macken & Katie Grimes in a supportive and safe space, March 2019 - May 2019. Fiercely YOU | the cohort is an invitation into YOUR truth, vision, and power and will leave you feeling empowered to live a soul centered life.  Limited space is available in this program.

  • Anyone seeking a “quick fix” in life (there are no quick fixes.  This is a deep journey of transformation and we respect and honor that truth).  

You will receive individual and small group guidance and support through:

  • in person gatherings in Boston (3/7, 4/11, 5/30)

  • online group calls (3/19, 4/2, 4/16, 4/30, 5/14, 5/28)

  • weekly email correspondence

  • Facebook group

Program Cost:

$999 early bird until 1/16

$1299 thereafter

A $200 deposit is required to reserve your space.  Payment plans are available and final payment is due prior to start of the program on 3/1/2019.

Meet Your Hosts:

Catie Macken is a fitness professional, mindfulness and wellness expert, travel junkie, mystic, healer, and lover of life.  She has over 1,000 hours of training and more than 3,000 hours of teaching under her belt in the fitness and healing arts. Catie is honored to be named the 2018 Boston's Best Fitness Guru by the Improper Bostonian.

Katie Grimes’ is a health & wellness professional with over 15 years of coaching experience. This former hip-hop and pilates instructor transitioned from fitness into all aspects of wellbeing through her journey with a series of food allergies/intolerances. She's a lifestyle coach and founder of www.theheartfiles.com who shares her experience, strength through vulnerability and laughter.
